It faces South West so it has big overhangs to protect from the sun and keep a cool temperature in the terrace and interiors. It has 3 bedrooms with private terraces and 2 1/2 bathrooms, big living space that integrates kitchen and dining, and a covered terrace with an infinity edge pool. Even though it has two floors , both are reached by a half-level set of stairs. The rotation of the building obeys to the best possible view orientation.
