Located in the project’s 1st Phase, this house is a segregated compound. The design was thought to create a private patio and take advantage of surrounding trees, the presence of water and natural light. The house is elevated to provide good ventilation. A sustainable gardening concept was developed to reduce or eliminate the need for supplemental water from irrigation through a water treatment system. Use of native plants, erosion control and evaporation prevention are integrated into this concept.
