It has 3 main parts: main house, guest house and pool lounge. The carport and a paver courtyard are the first elements you see when approaching. The access to the house is through a double height atrium with a vertical garden, and huge glass doors. A wooden catwalk goes across this volume, connecting the bedrooms upstairs. It has a rustic- contemporary style. We’ve used exposed concrete, wood, natural stone, glass and metal. Around the pool there is wooden deck, BBQ and longue area under a beautiful Guapinol tree.
